COSTCO fans are sharing an indulgent food court hack that works out at 1,410 calories.
It begins with the purchase of a $1.50 hot dog and soda combo.

Costco fans are talking about a little-known food court hack known as “the forbidden glizzy.”
Taking its name from the Washington DC slang “glizzy” for hot dog, the item combines two Costco favorites.
To create the forbidden glizzy, first you must purchase a hot dog at the food court.
While there, also order a chicken bake.
The next stage is where things get a little controversial.
First, you must take a bite out of the top of the chicken bake.
Then, take the hot dog out of the bun.
Insert the hot dog sausage into the bite hole of the chicken bake, and you have a forbidden glizzy.
One Costco fan recently shared a photo of their creation on Reddit.
“As you begin to eat it you realize the line you have crossed in your culinary boundaries that few cross and fewer more survive,” they said.
FOOD COURT BEAST
” It’s exactly what you expect. A big beefy girth amidst chicken bake filling,” they described.
The combination of the two items totals 1,410 calories.
Other Costco fans in the comments shared their experiences with the overly indulgent secret menu item.
“Mine was amazing, and I’ll never eat it again,” wrote one.
Another called it a “bulking life hack.”
STILL $1.50?

The forbidden glizzy is also affordable because Costco’s hot dog and soda combo remains at an inflation-busting $1.50.
That’s the same price as it was in 1985.
Costco co-founder Jim Sinegal once told the former CEO Craig Jelinek: “If you raise the effing hot dog, I will kill you. Figure it out.”
