A BAFFLING video of Joe Biden has resurfaced, showing the President close to planting a kiss on another woman’s cheek, critics have said.
A viral 13-second clip shows the Democrat leader talking to a blonde woman dressed in navy, leaning in like he is about to kiss her, they say.

But First Lady Jill Biden interjects as she emerges onto the stage, tugging on his arms.
Biden, who is standing closely to the woman, looks confused as Jill appears.
Critics accuse Biden of appearing pally with the woman, who, like Jill is also dressed in blue and has blonde hair.
The woman appears to be having a friendly chat with the president as people are milling around.
Users on social media have suggested that the 81-year-old, whose recent blunders have sparked rumours he may step down as president, mistook the middle-aged blonde for his wife Jill.
This comes as Biden suffered from a slew of gaffes last week, including a grave mix-up between Russia and Ukraine’s leader, introducing Zelensky as “President Putin”.
Sources close to Biden have said he is beginning to accept that he might not win in November, amid growing calls for him to stand down from the re-election campaign over concerns for his health.
Biden faces fierce competition against polarising ex-President Donald Trump who recently survived an assassination attempt if he continues to pursue the presidential race.
And a source close to Biden told the New York Times that it wouldn’t be a surprise if he made an announcement that he’s dropping from the race soon.
The POTUS is also battling Covid-19 having tested positive for the nasty virus on July 17.
The bad news was announced by organisers of the UnidosUS conference in Las Vegas that the president was scheduled to attend, and later confirmed on his personal X account.
After his Covid diagnosis, he was seen walking gingerly down the stairs of Air Force One as he landed back in Delaware.
Footage showed the doddery commander-in-chief, whose re-election bid hangs in the balance, walking slowly down the plane’s steps.
Biden, who was not wearing a mask as he walked off the plane, seemed to pause several times before waving at onlookers.
Former US president Barack Obama told allies that his former vice president’s “path to victory has greatly diminished and he thinks the president [Biden] needs to seriously consider the viability of his candidacy,” according to the Washington Post.
Members of the Democratic Party shared that Biden is feeling the pressure to exit due to growing concerns about his age and wellbeing.
He is currently quarantined at his vacation home in Delaware after the Wednesday diagnosis.
Meanwhile, opponent Donald Trump, has gained sympathy following the bloody assassination attempt earlier last week.
Gunshots were fired as Trump took the stage at a Pennsylvania rally on July 13, injuring the businessman-turned politician’s ear.
